ANNA SHERIDAN

My art is anything you want it to be. I am inspired by everything and driven to create a feeling. Colors are usually my muse because they are so intertwined with emotions and help me activate a state of mind. I have experimented on a variety of surfaces and with numerous media, but I mostly use acrylic paint on canvas (unprimed and primed) or watercolor paper. I often incorporate woven fabric and other materials (like the broken mirror in my piece titled "ALICE”). My art and my process is a source of happiness in my life and ignites in me a feeling of clarity. I want to share that spark and help others to feel the passion I experience when creating.
